Crocheted death. Skeleton specimens encased in glass, traditional museum boxes, and framed and all with a bit of yarn. Artist Caitlin T McCormack, trained as an illustrator, creates these fantastically macabre crocheted skeletons of a huge variety of animals. I particularly enjoy how they’re displayed as if they are in fact specimens of a museum or a very odd individual’s private collection.

See more of McCormack’s work on her website¬†and her Instagram.
