Sometimes, the message in a collection of work is bold, loud, and purposeful. Josh Keyes melding of the human world with the natural world around us is stirring. These paintings do an incredible job of reminding the viewer of how intrinsically linked we are with the world around us. We build cities, but you can never really keep the wild out. And the wild can never really keep us out. This semi-surrealist interpretation of our world is…perfect. I particularly enjoy the reach of graffiti in these paintings. Anything for a great tag.
